I can’t believe 2009 has come and gone so quickly. So much has happened this year. Cheers to 2010!

Haven’t updated in a while. This is mainly because I don’t have a computer I can upload my photos to other than my netbook which also gives me headaches from staring at the small screen. Fear not, i’ll update this as soon as I get a new computer that won’t kill my vision.

In other news, just got my Spring Break plans down and Cali + NYC is a go! Can’t wait!

Went to Jits after, felt like shit, probably because i’m out of shape but mainly because of the damn loco moco!

Got a craving for bul-gogi and just meat in general so I paid Camellias (YELP) a visit with Menor and Wonsul since the last time I ate there was too long ago. This was Wonsul’s first time actually eating korean food in Hawaii that wasn’t from Peppas or cooked in his house so it was an occasion in itself. This place makes your clothing stink like no other so remember to bring clothes you don’t care about / don’t go out after.

The place was so damn crowded because some tour guide brought bus loads of Japanese tourists to the spot. As a result the WHOLE place was packed and there was so much smoke that my eyes started to burn…

Camellias is already raising their prices; theres not reason why they shouldn’t be investing in some serious ventilation system…

Wonsul’s verdict was that it was ok but Korea is still better. Everytime I have eaten here I left miserable from overeating and this was no exception.

Cassidy started talking about The Counter (YELP) in class since he works there and I really started getting hungry so I ended up going there.

Got the Counter Burger and a fat ass order of sweet potato fries!

Really!?!?!? Kids seriously got nothing better to do but literally hang out in mall parking lots?

Keep in mind this mall is air conditioned… Friggin mall rats!

The traffic in Hawaii is getting worse, i’m talking where it takes me an hour or more to get home now days. Today was one of those days where it was better to just wait it out than battle traffic for an hour in the rain.

Ended up at Green Papaya (YELP since I haven’t eaten phở in a while. Gotta admit, it was a tough decision since Gomaichi is right next door.

Met up with Koji shortly thereafter. Somehow he convinced me to get a 2nd “snack”. Mini charsiu at Diamond Head Grill (YELP).

Today was Jerome’s last day so we (Taks, Kalani, Jerome, me) headed over to Yanagi Sushi (YELP) to celebrate. Being Jerome, of course it was LAST MINUTE.

Sake accompanied by Tak’s infamous Banzai!
